One of the best sellers on the IWC Schaffhausen inventory, the "Big Pilot" returns with a titanium or bronze casing, for this "Heritage" version. Preserving the historic military aesthetics that IWC has cultivated an association to, especially with their Big Pilot”s series.
Inside the case is IWC”s in-house calibre 52110. This large, pocketwatch-sized movement (38.20mm diameter) was launched in 2015 and offers multiple improvements over the previous 7-day engines found in the Big Pilot”s Watch. First of all, its energy is now stored in two main-spring barrels and not only one – meaning a more constant delivery of torque over the full length of the power reserve. The automatic winding is still done by a Pellaton system, now with black ceramic winding pawls and white ceramic bearings. The indexless balance with a frequency of 4 hertz (28,800 beats per hour) and the Breguet spring guarantee maximum precision. Finally, even though invisible in this watch, the movement is well decorated.

Due to the valuable nature of Topwatch products, we require a signature from an authorised person for your delivery at your nominated delivery address. Products will be deemed received by you, if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address.
Insurance applies until the order is delivered to your nominated address. Delivery details must include a daytime contact telephone number. *Post Office boxes cannot be used for deliveries by our Couriers.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.
